Place the digits from 1 to 9 in every row, column and 3x3-block.
A digit ‘X’ in a circle means that the digit in the cell is the X-th smallest number in the corresponding cage. Digits cannot repeat within a cage.

Inspiration for this puzzle comes from August LMI sudoku test.

Solution code: Row 5, followed by column 1.

I recognised it immediately when I tested it... but due to a writing error by myself it took quite some time to solve it correctly :-D

This puzzle is easily solved if you recognise an elegant, interesting solving technique that I am very fond of. I have described this technique for this puzzle in a hidden comment, so you can learn from it if you didn't recognise it yourself. :-)
